Guarantees

Minimum 2 years
We guarantee all our workmanship and the materials used for a minimum of two years. In addition manufacturers offer much longer guarantees for the following products:

Spanish slate for 30 years (CUPA and Samaca)
Most Spanish slate we use is guaranteed for 30 years against material defect.

Concrete roof tiles for 50 years
All the concrete roof tiles we use are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 50 years against material defect.

Decra steel tiles for 30 years
Police preferred specification accredited by Secured by Design.

Single-ply membrane for 10-20 years
Depending on product and specification.

Liquid roofing for 15-25 years
Depending on product and specification.

Leadwork for 25 years
We offer a 25-year guarantee administered by the Lead Contractors Association on all leadwork contracts over £2,500. The Lead Contractors Association leadwork 25-year guarantee scheme is supported by an annually renewable insurance underwritten through Lloyd's of London to provide, with the insurance, financial surety through an independent Trust Fund of £250,000 in total during any one year, as long as the insurance that supports the fund remains in force.
