The founder of the business with over 30 years' experience in the roofing industry. Keith has served on the regional committee of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. Keith is also Operations Director of Northern Bear plc.

Rob Dodds, Financial Director
Director responsible for financial management and office administration. Qualified by Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and Chartered Institute of Marketing. Joined Wensley Roofing in 1991.

Bill Shearing, Contracts Director
Responsible for selecting on-site teams, coaching and quality control. 40 years' experience in the roofing industry. Holder of Construction Site Management Safety Certificate. Joined Wensley Roofing in 1991, appointed Site Supervisor in 2000, promoted to Contracts Manager in 2003 and became a director in 2008.

Steven Luke, Senior Quantity Surveyor
Responsible for the formulation of interim valuations, final accounts and general cost control on contracts. Qualifications include BSc (Hons) Construction Management, HND Building Studies and Construction Site Management Safety Certificate.

Paul Soulsby, Assistant Contracts Manager
Assists Bill Shearing in selecting on-site teams and carrying out roof-top talks and quality control. Paul has experience as a team leader and his qualifications include Construction Site Management Safety Certificate and NVQ level 2 in slating and tiling.
